Following up from my last Halloween music blog, I’ve got some recommendations for this years spooky evening.
Bandcamp is where all the cool kids are.
I realize not everyone has a Bandcamp account, but I don’t think you need one to stream these artists. I will also try and find links to the artist on other platforms (bandcamp often shows these links)
I also realize that most of us don’t have much disposable income. Bandcamp artists sometimes offer a “Name Your Price” or NYP Option. For 0 dollars you can stream [only] through the app. for a minimum of $1, you get a digital download option, plus unlimited streaming. I’m going to focus on labels and artist albums that have a NYP option.
Opal Vessal has a lot to offer Halloween and all things morbid.

Now for something different

Need More Metal than Heavy Organ?
Okay, you expected Metal in this list and you shall have Metal: Marthe is a one woman band from Italy. It’s one of the more pricy recommendations on this list but for me it has staying power.
Here is another Doom Metal attack. Witcherous. I absolutely love the track “Monster”. Not too growly (something many bands overdo Ugh). check out the lyrics. The band is from France but sing in English.
